Balancing your Life:
Check out this great new app made by architects, graphic designers, and product designers. It's called Equilibrium, and it's designed to promote balance in our daily lives. You know we can all use more of that!
"By tracking activities in your area that improve mind, body, and spirit, Equilibrium gives you a more complete picture of wellness." says Equilibrium developers.
Here's how it works:
Equilibrium organizes wellness into three categories: think, which focuses on learning; act, which concentrates on physical fitness; and serve, which is dedicated to community service. It syncs with your outlook calendar and shows you daily opportunities in each category.
Equilibrium allows you to record the amount of time devoted to each activity and share with peers. It will also create charts and graphs that let you easily see the amount of time invested in each category in a day, week, or month.
How do I get Equilibrium?:
The developers are currently in a type of kickstarter competition called BigApps Projects, and if the team gets all of the votes they need, they will move forward to help make this app a reality for all of us. If you need balance in wellness in your life (as much as I do) vote for the app here! Then we can all stop suffering together. Voting ends THIS Saturday, July 19, 2014.
