A New Artform: Wireless Networks

As humans, we are only able to see a small range of the electromagnetic spectrum, however Luis Hernan may have given us a view into what we are missing. By mapping wireless signals in a room using a “Kirlian Device,” he can translate the signals into color. The strongest of signals are converted to red, the weakest to blue, and in between a varying spectrum.

Take a look at the image so see some of the awesome patterns and lights that come from it. The colors are mesmerizing!

Want your own Kirlian Device? Lucky for Android users, there is a Kirlian Device App to create your own wireless world of color! Download the app and get started on some beautiful wireless art.
